Do you offer payment plans?Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for each branding package. To secure your spot, a 35% deposit is required. Our payment plans are available in 2, 3, or 4 installments, spread across the duration of your project. For clients who book their project at least 2-3 months in advance, we can arrange monthly payment plans, ensuring the total balance is completed before we hand over your finalized branding files.

How do I secure my booking?All bookings need a 50% deposit in order to be officially secured. Payment is required as soon as possible, to make sure you don’t lose your spot.

Can I just get a logo?Every business is unique and has much depth to them, therefore a logo isn't enough for us to create a strategic and compelling brand. We hold a strong belief that a brand is more than just a logo. It's all about understanding your ideal customers, where you fit in the market, and your brand's core values. To nail your visual identity, you need a strong base (Brand Strategy). That's why we create complete brand identities, not just logos.

How long does a the process take?Each project takes a minimum of 5 weeks and go on for as long as 15 weeks, if you get website and branding.

Can I get a refund after the design process has started?Due to the nature of our services, once the design process has begun there are no refunds.
